40 Years of History

Kemper Group is a conglomerate that includes three separate companies in design, manufacturing & supply of material handling solutions. Kemper, EESSCO, and Old Dominion operate across the Eastern United States, providing services for large-scale projects. The Kemper Group values are innovation, safety, knowledge, and commitment.

Unity Across Three Brands

Each of the three companies has a unique origin story, leading to distinct brand identities, styles, and a strong sentimental attachment to their original designs. My task was to redesign all of these brands with a focus on creating unity, ensuring that their logos could be displayed cohesively together.

Clean and Polished

By designing the logos with a near 1:1 ratio, the logo marks are versatile enough to be arranged in various formats—whether in a vertical row, horizontal row, or even a pyramid. Each company maintains its own distinct color and style, while still aligning with an overarching umbrella brand identity for cohesion across the group.

Mission Statement

Kemper Equipment exceeds expectations through valued partnerships by providing innovative crushing, screening and conveying solutions, using our knowledge and experience in material handling design and manufacturing. Their commitment to company values yields remarkable results.

Brand Evolution through Design

Kemper Group sought a modern logo that conveyed their strength, scale, and American patriotism. As the company had grown significantly over the years, the new logos needed to maintain the recognizability and brand equity they had built while reflecting their evolution.

Out with the Old

These were the original logos I was handed before the rebrand. Kemper, EESSCO, and Old Dominion organizations were all very happy with the outcome.
